Took the nclex-rn at 8:00 this morning, checked website until my results said "delivery confirmed", got the good pop-up .... how accurate is that? Like, has anyone gotten the good pop-up and not passed? I had 130-140 questions (was soo nervous I didn't keep track after 125). I feel like it's almost too good to be true. That exam was killer!

You most likely passed! I took the nclex rn exam on Aug. 20, 2010 and wondered if the pearson trick is true from all the posts I saw on allnurses...Got the good pop and I most definitely passed in the end. The real killer is waiting for your official results. Good luck!
