Hi to all! I passed the nclex last 2008. I just got my SSN last month as an employer based immigrant. Just a week ago, I submitted my Completed Application for Licensure by Examination including a U.S. social security number as instructed by the CA BON. My school also forwarded the needed documents.
My questions are:
Has someone gone through the same thing as I am?
What happened?
Did they release your license or not?
If yes: How long did you wait for your license?
If not: What did they say? Can you send me a copy? Did they make you do further studies?
--As i have said, I am on employment based petition, so with this, my employer is waiting for my license. With this, my life is on hold. I hope to be enlightened with this. Thank you so much.
Yes i did logged in to my breeze account and I see nothing. no application status pending, no file no. The only thing I see there is start a new application or exam. Is there something I need to do at my breeze account? I only registered after I submitted my application. Bu I see no status update its just blank.

Oh gees. Sorry. Your school hasalready passed the documents. I strongly suggest make a new brezee account.
did you use a different email for the second account?
Yes. I did. I received an email confirmation on my #1 email and then it there was a message saying that my #1 email was existing. And then i have to create another one. 8 months is too long. Usually the norm would be 2 months.
Update on my status: On my breeze account you actually have to click the update profile, click "add license" the. enter your ssn and date of birth to link your breeze account to your application. I just did that and I now have a file no. (yey!)
Then I called Ca BON after on hold for 1hour I got to talk to a real person and she did tell me that the board was still waiting for addiditonal docs. to be submitted.
My question right now is: when you made your breeze account did you see your status at one point says "withdrawn"? coz I asked that when I called she said because you submitted 2 applications ( 1st was when I initially took the nclex, and 2nd application when I actually had my sssn and submitted a new initial application for licensure)

Well, good for you!!! Finally. So what are they still waiting for? Yes. It was withdrawn on my status after they have asked for addtnl documents and withdrawn again when I got my license. Biggest fright of my life.
They asked for the copy of my ssn. Well that's a relief. I thought they have totally closed my application when I saw the withdrawn status. Thanks for your help mrsmolina. I'll post an update in 4-8wks. since thats what they told me when I called BON.
