Hi to all! I passed the nclex last 2008. I just got my SSN last month as an employer based immigrant. Just a week ago, I submitted my Completed Application for Licensure by Examination including a U.S. social security number as instructed by the CA BON. My school also forwarded the needed documents.
My questions are:
Has someone gone through the same thing as I am?
What happened?
Did they release your license or not?
If yes: How long did you wait for your license?
If not: What did they say? Can you send me a copy? Did they make you do further studies?
--As i have said, I am on employment based petition, so with this, my employer is waiting for my license. With this, my life is on hold. I hope to be enlightened with this. Thank you so much.

Im a 2006 graduate, 2007 nclex passer, and 8 years-in-the-making for finally acquiring a visa. Right now I am still in agony of anticipating for any positive response from the CABRN. Here's the events in accordance with the dates
July 17 - BRN received my application
Aug 11 - My payment was cleared. It was also indicated from Breeze that my RN Initial Exam Application status was pending
Sept 27 - RN Initial Exam Application status - withdrawn & Initial RN license status - pending
Its been 75 days, homesick and no job. The waiting is becoming unbearable.
SO, any update from those in the same situation as mine?
Its not mandatory though, you can see the updates of your application and I think you can also change your address info in the event you transfer from one place to another.
You can also check your email. Email from breeze usually is found in your spam. they will ask you to register with them.
You applied by mail then after sometime you received an email from breeze and made an account or you created an account on breeze and made an online application again?
Thats right, but the last part of your statement/question is not. I did not made an application I registered. CABRN is under Breeze (a dept which caters services regarding licenses not only for nurses but other professionals) Try it yourself, you see what I mean:yes:
when you had your account open, there will display your activities, underneath is the application you are in then the third bullet is view application status. Initially on my page since I registered it says---[TABLE=width: 100%]

It changed because its not the exam we're applying for, its the license.
So now, in my point of view, it is just this week that they start working on the documents I sent. When I called CABRN two weeks ago, the operator told me that they are working on those application they received 1st week of July, mine was received July 17. She also said to call back three weeks from the date I called BRN, that will be next week.
Hi peacracker, I have the same situation as yours. I saw "withdrawn status" in my breeze account too with no reason or note for us to know what's going on with our application. Been calling the Cali BON but i can't get throughí ½í¸”. I sent my application by exam last August 3, I hope they will release our licenses soon as my employer is asking me about it.í ½í¸”í ½í¸”í ½í¸”
I re-applied for license by endorsement this June and got a letter today that they completed a review and they want a clear copy of my social card emailed to my analyst. They didn't asked for cases and academic calendar. I applied in 2007 and I wasn't able to receive a license because of lacking social security. I graduated in 2005. I hope I'll get my licese because this has been 8 years in the making due to retrogression. I'm currently in Seattle working in the ER.
