Hello All! I would like to know what was the hardest or most challenging pre req you took or are taking now for your nursing program? Thanks:)

My least favorite was chemistry. Hated it, found it boring, and really took a while to catch on to the math.

Are you trying to figure out what you should get out of the way first? :)

I have a pathophysiology teacher who says that she has taught multiple nursing subjects for over 20 years and that pathophysiology is the toughest for the students.

The hardest for me was probably microbiology.

I have to say chemistry.

Most challenging? I would have to say Microbiology. It was a FUN class, but a lot of work. :)

Hardest? Philosophy. Why? I hated it, it was boring, and I could never get into the discussions the professor "required" us to have. I believe what I believe, you believe what you believe, I really don't want to debate over it. K thx move on, you want fries with that? Hated that class. Yuck.

Micro was difficult but it was mostly memorization. Chemistry was boring and A&P I and II were the most difficult when we were doing the cellular structure.

Micro all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me it was definately Microbiology! I hated that class!! Although the labs were kinda fun, sometimes anyway! It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I just thank God it's over!!!

:)

Had to be micro!!! I hate science and really struggled with that class

I agree with those who said Microbiology. It's a toughie. I actually enjoyed being in the lab though! What ever you do...DON"T LET YOURSELF GET BEHIND in that class!

Good luck

My hardest was micro. We had it for one hour two times a week. We had clinicals and missed 3 classes, had another class and finals. It was awful.
