Ontario Second Entry Nursing Fall 2020

Hey, I used to creep these forums for the past few years and they helped affirm my decision to apply to nursing school for Fall 2020. I didn't see one started for next year so I thought, why not start one?

I graduated a while back so I'm a bit older, but my top three choices are:

1. Queen's

2. McMaster

3. York

4. Humber-UNB

For anybody who applied to McMaster, does it still say "Complete your admission requirements"? When you click on it it says that both parts of my application are completed but it just seems kind of weird. I just finished my 4th year and I thought I was competitive (GPA 3.89 in the last 2 years) but I still haven't gotten any updates yet so I was curious ?

es it said that to me before I got the conditional offer even when I finished the requirements!

Don’t worry though they’re going to send out more offers, I’m letting my offer expire so a spot should open up! They also factor in Casper test results as a distinguishing factor but in there you have an amazing GPA ?

Thank you for the reassurance! I ended up getting accepted sometime yesterday, so I'm super stoked!

Hey! Did you status just change to accepted or conditional? Mines is still stuck at pending even though I have a response due date since Friday. OMG, this is making me so nervous. Not sure what is wrong with mines.

Mine is still at pending but I'm hoping it will update to accepted/conditional soon, probably sometime next week LOL

hey everyone! I am wondering if you know anyone who got in from the waitlist especially when they applied super late... I literally made a super last-minute decision and applied (knowing ill be placed on the waitlist and it will be first come first served) but I just wanna know if there will be any chance. my last 2 year GPA will be 3.59/4.00

I am also waiting for my uoft that I've submitted before Feb 1st.. hopefully I get to hear from them soon!

How do we upload our final transcripts of the Winter 2020 semester?

I emailed UofT and they said that I should submit a grade report. Where do I do that? Is it just uploading an unofficial transcript on the document section of the application?

Hey guys,

So what I did was I requested a transcript through OUAC again (I had to resubmit the grades for the current courses I was taking) and paid around $12 I believe. Then I submitted an online unofficial transcript that I'm provided with from my student account through my school and uploaded that onto the joinutoronto application so they had an unofficial one from my end (just in case the official my school took a while to send out the official one).
