I just wanted to make a post as we enter the new academic year, and more importantly the next admission cycle. Hopefully through this post we can all share our admission experiences, concerns, and achievements.
To begin with, I am currently a University of Toronto student completing my final year! I am hoping to apply to UBC, UofT, Nipissing, Western, and Trent. Just waiting on applications to open up! I am slightly worried I may not get in because admission is so competitive, and seeing those with 3.9+ not get in can be very scary.
How about you? Are you excited for the new school year? Any concerns for the admission process? Let's get through this together
Mine says conditional but IDK where the conditions are
Hey there, congrats on the offer! I found out yesterday from OUAC and mosaic that I also got a conditional offer from Mac. Then this morning I got an email from Mac with a link that brought me to the admissions portal that has more details on the conditions (they just need my official transcripts from my undergrad and the 2 course requirements I recently completed by August).
Congrats to everyone who got a Mac offer! Can I ask what your stats were like?
I have no idea what my GPA was but I am pretty sure it was in the B+ range in the last 2 years. I was in the 4th quartile for CASPer. I am also an external applicant from university of ottawa and they still haven't received my Winter semester grades.
