  1. I just got in too!! Literally checked the portal because I saw your post.
  2. Hey there, congrats on the offer! I found out yesterday from OUAC and mosaic that I also got a conditional offer from Mac. Then this morning I got an email from Mac with a link that brought me to the admissions portal that has more details on the conditions (they just need my official transcripts from my undergrad and the 2 course requirements I recently completed by August).
  3. I called the OUAC to confirm this, and they said you can certainly withdraw your acceptance if you get an offer from another school. Your accepting a current offer does not have any impact on your chances of getting an offer from other schools. If you check the OUAC, they have a withdraw option for such cases. Hope this helps!
  4. This is very helpful, thank you so much! My PI is usually very accommodating. He is also a physician researcher and has been supportive of my professional development in the past. I will have a chat with him soon.
  5. Hello all, I recently got accepted to the York accelerated nursing program and am waiting to hear back from UoT (my 1st option). I'm wondering if there are any current students here who can describe their experience working part-time while in nursing school. My current employer is offering part-time opportunity when I return to school, but I'm not sure whether it would be too much to handle. I'm thinking of working 15-20 hours per week. Some quick background about myself - I'm working full time right now as a research coordinator in public health research, I have an MSc in population & public health and decided to pursue RN to combine my research experience with healthcare delivery.
