I just wanted to make a post as we enter the new academic year, and more importantly the next admission cycle. Hopefully through this post we can all share our admission experiences, concerns, and achievements.
To begin with, I am currently a University of Toronto student completing my final year! I am hoping to apply to UBC, UofT, Nipissing, Western, and Trent. Just waiting on applications to open up! I am slightly worried I may not get in because admission is so competitive, and seeing those with 3.9+ not get in can be very scary.
How about you? Are you excited for the new school year? Any concerns for the admission process? Let's get through this together

I don't think so! They typically send offers until the end of June. You know they are done sending offers when they finally send our waitlists/rejections as well

More offers will be sent out after June 1st as that's the deposit deadline for those already given an offer so if people give up their spot (I.e., choose another university/withdraw), more spaces should open. Hope that helps!
Does anyone know when Mac stops handing out offers? I’m getting pretty anxious as it’s my first choice.
Some people on the Mac admissions megathread on reddit said they contacted admissions, and that all offers/rejections/etc. will be sent out by May 27th, so only a few more days until we know!
Does UofT send out a physical package in the mail?
Yeah, I got a letter. It’s one page that basically just says congrats and hope you accept (none of the offer information that is on the offer letter in your JoinID portal).
For those that are planning to go to UofT, have you received your UofT student email yet (@utoronto.ca)?
Also has UofT given any updates since you've accepted and paid the deposit?
They just sent out an email regarding the preparedness permit!
I believe you will receive your uoft email closer to September where you’ll deal with account passwords and such. That was the process for my uoft email when I did my undergrad for another program with them.
Hello, does anyone know how to accept mcmasters offer? Is there any deposit? Or do you just accept the offer in ouac. On ouac it says $0.00 but is there a deposit somewhere else?
