I just wanted to make a post as we enter the new academic year, and more importantly the next admission cycle. Hopefully through this post we can all share our admission experiences, concerns, and achievements.
To begin with, I am currently a University of Toronto student completing my final year! I am hoping to apply to UBC, UofT, Nipissing, Western, and Trent. Just waiting on applications to open up! I am slightly worried I may not get in because admission is so competitive, and seeing those with 3.9+ not get in can be very scary.
How about you? Are you excited for the new school year? Any concerns for the admission process? Let's get through this together
hey everyone! does anyone know when we can expect to hear back from western? I got deferred for final grades and then delayed again as I had to send in a transcript from a transfer credit. thank you and best of luck to all! congrats to everyone who has gotten in.
Hello, does anyone know how to accept mcmasters offer? Is there any deposit? Or do you just accept the offer in ouac. On ouac it says $0.00 but is there a deposit somewhere else?
u accept it on ouac and I emailed admissions if there's a deposit and they said there isn't and will send more info on fees shortly
Congrats to everyone who got an offer and for those who didn't please don't give up (ironically I got mine from UofT right when I was thinking I was probably going to get rejected).
I have some questions regarding the courses we'd be taking across the two years. I checked the Bloomberg site and am only able to see the courses for the Winter and Summer terms. And so, I was wondering if any senior students can please share some course outlines for the fall semester (if you have them for both first/second year - that would be awesome!). I'm really anxious to find what courses are structured like (I.e. Number of assignments, papers, exams per course, clinical placement evaluations and number of hours of lectures, study tips, etc) since I performed terribly in my first undergraduate degree and was able to only get a competitive GPA in my final years by using the course outlines to plan in advance. And so, would really find it beneficial if anyone can help me with this! :)

a lot of our offers expire on the 30th so im guessing they're waiting till then to release more offers! not 100% sure though

Hey! I emailed admissions and they told me the last round where all students with the required documents processed find out if they have been accepted, rejected or waitlisted in early June. Hope that helps!
