yes, this is correct! I accepted McMaster & I didn’t even realize my status changed on Nippising. But, then they emailed me about a position becoming available & once I emailed them saying I was interested in the position, my status changed on webadvisor to offered admission! ? So it 100% does not affect your offer at all!

why don’t you think they cared about the supplementary application?

Thank you! I got an email telling me there was a spot available and you only have 2 days to respond otherwise they assume you are not interested.

Just got off the waitlist for the SPP program!! ? Are there any groupchats? I actually already accepted McMaster (& Humber since the deadline was May 1) so I will be withdrawing from both! ?

In an email from Jan they said "You will be notified about your admission status to the program in May." Maybe this means more offers will go out this week?

Hey! I am not sure about the osap applications, I would maybe email the school and ask! ? As for the Summer semester - the program goes through the Summer so there is no "Summer break." The prep semester would begin in Sept and then nursing would begin in Jan and it would continue for 2 years. My best guess is that you may have to reapply for OSAP in Jan since it would be considered a new program and then probably apply the next Jan (since it would be considered year 2 in the program). But again, I would email the school to be sure! I also am not sure about the outlines, I would post in some of the other forums (I will link below)! Also - It is looking like the prep semester is actually 6 courses in the fall. They emailed me a list of the courses for the prep semester (attached in this post), I think it was just recently updated on their website. I have no idea what my GPA was but I am pretty sure it was in the B+ range in the last 2 years. I was in the 4th quartile for CASPer. I am also an external applicant from university of ottawa and they still haven't received my Winter semester grades. I wish ?

It will be all three. It most likely will show up on the application portal and OUAC first and then you'll get an email or all at the same time. I haven't heard from McMaster and from other posts on this forum I don't think anyone has. But on their website, it says "Admission decisions are issued from April to June typically. All applicants will be notified via email no later than June 30." As for preference - I do not think they have a preference! ?

Hi!! If anyone would like this information. I emailed Humber regarding the courses for the compressed nursing program. They gave me a list of the courses for the prep semester (please see attached) and told me at this time they are unable to tell me the other courses but the website will be updated in the upcoming weeks. Did they change some of the courses? And I never noticed they had "pre-requisite" classes. Second Entry Compressed Program Preparatory Semester Map.pdf

For Mac - it was just CASPer and a form listing your pre-reqs!
