Did you apply to the WOU campus? That's the only one that conducts the mock interviews.

Yes. That's the campus I applied to as my first choice. On the supplemental application, I listed all the other campuses (except Portland) as campuses I'd be willing to attend as well.

I called the program office at the main campus in Portland regarding practice interviews and they told me that you have to call the nursing staff on the Monmouth campus directly to see when they have it planned for this year.

Looks like Ashland is having mock interviews March 9th from 3:30 to 5:00. They sent out an e-mail saying the mock interviews will be limited for the first 45 people to sign up for them.

Has anyone here applied to the Klamath or La Grande campus? I know it's still early but I'm just curious if anyone received an interview invite yet?

I've only been contacted by email in regards to the mock interviews next week. Looking at previous years, I'm thinking we should be hearing mid-month if we're selected to interview in April.

Ok fellow applicants, please post if/when you get an interview spot at OHSU/WOU Nursing, it makes me nervous that they only notify those who are offered interviews, wish they would also inform if you were not selected, furthermore I hope should an interview be granted the decision comes promptly, especially because it looks like Linfield may need a commitment to attend before one fiends out about OHSU's decision. Anyone else applied to OHSU and Linfield??

I applied to both Linfield and OHSU.

I'm really hoping they both make decisions early. Linfield is my top choice and I would like to drop some courses from spring quarter that are unnecessary if I get into either school (they're only needed for one program that I already heard back from).

From last years thread, looks like interview invites went out via email starting around the 13th of March. Would be a good bet to start seeing them next week for this year's applicants.

I applied to Klamath falls last year and they sent out interview invites after the last final of the term. Assuming they will do the same this year the invites should be sent out on March 17th at about noon. I applied for Portland this year so I am hoping they are doing the same.

Anybody go to the mock interviews? The counselor at my table said he believed the questions asked were very similar to the ones asked in the actual interviews. They were pretty straightforward and simple, no tricks or curveballs.
