In my cohort, a student offerred money to switch clinical sites. This is not ethical. Should I report it to our program director? I don't want to be identified though. Any ideas on how to do this anonymously? Thoughts in general? Has this occurred in your program?
Yep... a lot of nurses are very big into the idea of "writing people up" and the notion of reporting people for behaviors that they deem inappropriate. There are a lot of stories here about nurses(students and workers alike) screwing over the people they work with for little things. Being malicious rather than helping each other out and searching for blame and errors within people.
That part of the business kinda sucks, IMO.
wow I've never posted before but you guys are being mean
Mean would be reporting someone for no apparent reason. Just sayin
"No" would have been an awesome answer or just ignore the email. Geesh...nursing school is enough work without worrying about what every Tom, Dick, and Harry is doing.
this doesnt seem to have anythiing to do with the original post. ive never seen people react this way on this site. i didnt know it was allowed. most of the comments are mean and attacking. now i know why they say nurses eat their young. so sad
It is always interesting to see what people perceive as mean.
