:monkeydance:It depends to your priority date!!!
Mine is October 2006 under Adjustment of Status, my updates are:
Last week of August 2007: Card production ordered.
1st week of September: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident
Sept 10: Approval notice sent.
just received my hard copy greencard yesterday:smiley_aa
So I guess we don't follow the visa bulletin because it says there last month August 2002 for EB3 and there is no Schedule A but still I received my greencard!:biere:
Just correct me guys if I am wrong!

Nurses that started the process before the cut-off date last October 31 are still being processed. The issue in the delay for some is if additional information is requested. If it is sent in to them in a timely fashion and is accepted by them, then the approval will be granted for the I-485 and the green card issued.
The dates in the Visa Bulletin are only rough estimates and do not necessarily apply to everyone as we have seen in the past.

Hi Suzanne,
I have a question for you: How does the USCIS, or whatever the name of the institution in charge, estimate the cut-off dates?
I really need to know.
The way I see it, in the next bulletin the cut-off date will be 1981....no kidding.
How accurate is the date?
Does the agency look for the oldest case that 's gonna be the first to get a Visa number when they will be made available.
Few months ago, I remember that the cut-off date was sometime in 2006. Now we are back 4 years earlier.
My PD is November 2005. Current Cut-off date for EB3 is August 2002.
Does it mean that I won't see any progress of my case for a loong long time...count few years.
I filed the DS230 and it was submitted.
Thanks for your reply.
PS: just to mention that some individuals want to go to DC to protest against the current status of the immigration program. I just want to let you know that once you get a voter ID card...your voice will count....until then...I don't think there is anything else to do than wait for the people who decide of the cut-off date to pick up your year in the lottery basket.
