I just took the NCLEX.. had 265 questions.. not sure what to think about.. i left in tears.. i heard the results are based on the last question... and well... not even sure what to think about the last question.. it was a " you know the mom understands the teaching when she says..." i tried the PVT re-registration log in from reading the previous postings here, and it clearly says in RED with a ! " our records indicate you already registered for this test..." when i put in my cc and tried to submit payment... but in the Quick Results section it says "nothing is posted yet" and nothing is posted to the BONwhat to think? any advise out there?

Perceived difficulty or alternate format is not indicative of a higher or lower question. What you may perceive as difficult the next candidate may think is easy.

Oct 4, 2014 According to Detailed test plan:Scenario 2: Maximum-Length ExamSome candidate’s ability levels will be very close to the passing standard. When this is the case, the computercontinues to administer questions until the maximum number of items is reached. At this point, the computerdisregards the 95% confidence rule and considers only the final ability estimate:„„ If the final ability estimate is above the passing standard, the candidate passes.„„ If the final ability estimate is at or below the passing standard, the candidate fails.https://www.ncsbn.org/1287.htmGood luck!
