Grew up with a kid her name was: April May Junes

High school with a girl named: Windy Flagg

Worked in an orthodontists office, had a patient named Levon( ya, know.... Levon likes his money,,,) and rhiannon.. (ya know, Fleetwood Mac!) And people thought I was odd for naming my daughter Madison Tyler.. (madison is my grandmother maiden name)

How bout' "Satin Sheets'? No kidding..... her first name is Satin and last name is Sheets. She's a little girl in my town who's always in the paper for beauty pageants and stuff.

nurseleigh....the movie's title is "Splash" Funny, her name was another one I thought odd for a girl....."Darryl"......!!!!

ThirdWorldGirl......The POOR twins named Larry and Harry Hiney.....!!! Their dad may have been related to the man in the song by Johnny Cash........."A Boy Named Sue".....!!!! He didn't want those boys to grow up to be weenies !! Of course, with names like those, growing up AT ALL must have been quite an accomplishment!

My middle name came to me courtesy of the spot where I was conceived....on a Beach. My mother told me the origin of my middle name when I was about 12, but it took me a while to put two and two together.

On the plus side, I've landed at least one job based on my candid response to an interviewer's comment regarding my unusual middle name.

:roll

My cousin named her baby Lyric Austrea (some greek god or something). You guys have heard some cruel ones, this one is just werid.

Once sceduled an appointment for a baby named Formica Dinette, I wondered if that was where she was conceived.

Also had a patient named Flouride. A male patient named Karon but pronounced K ron.

A doctor once told me he had a patient name her baby Syphyllis.

Once worked with doctor named Dr Hieney. We used to have him paged overhead just to hear it and see everyone smile...Paging Dr Heiney.

My parents told me there was a rich family in Texas (I think) whose last name was Hogg and they named their daughters Ima and Ura.

CY-PHYLIS no doubt

Man that's the worst

Knew a girl named RE-GINA (long I)...

We had a baby girl named Camara lately, conceived by teenagers in their Camero. :chuckle

Specializes in Gen Med,LTC.

I guess its not that unusual in some countries...but we recently had a doc on my floor with the unfortunate first name of Osama.

Took care of an infant just last week named Heaven Leigh.....

Had a patient not too long ago who was a G6P5 so I guess she was tired of naming kids. She decided to let her Nascar crazy husband name this last one. He named him Ford Lightning. Their last name was Lincoln.

Also had Thundur. His big sis was named Storm.

Justin Tyme

Nylorac (mom was named Carolyn)

Well my cousin Cheyenne just had another baby and she named her...

Corinthian.

Um, yeah, its nice. And it has biblical meaning, or so she says. It just reminds me of Corinthian leather interior. :D
