NYU ABSN Fall 2015

Anyone planning to apply to NYU ABSN program for fall 2015. Since I'm in CA, there's no way I could attend the information session. What important things were mentioned at the information session?

anymore acceptances/rejections today? or are we officially adopting the tuesday-thursday theory?

Still waiting!

I creeped on past cohorts and it looked like there were still some people waiting in May and June. I'm so tempted to call just to see if I'm on a wait list or my app is stuck somewhere but I don't want to be annoying lol

Even if it's a no, I just want to know. I'm really crossing my fingers for a yes though!

I submitted my deposit on Friday, but haven't received an email yet regarding my NYU email address. I called admissions yesterday, and they said I should have it by Wednesday (and if I don't then to call them back). It sounds like it takes a few days from the time you put down the deposit.

I register to the web site just to let people in the community know that I got rejected. Being rejected sucks. I have a 3.26 Science GPA and a below 2.7 undergrad GPA. I plan to apply again this coming Fall with some volunteer work and a slightly stronger Science GPA. I would like to know if anyone out there applied and was accepted on their second try. Thank you, JL125 for your information. I wish you the best in your second try. I would definitely volunteer and retake any classes that you made a B- or C in.
