NYP New grad position

Hello.

I recently applied for a new grad position at NYP and I got an email saying my app is currently "being considered" for the new grad opportunity and they will "contact me within the next 2 weeks regarding next step/status etc".

Does that mean I have a chance to land an interview, or is it what everyone gets after they apply?

It was not a computer generated email.....but an email from an actual person......

I was at the Morgan Stanley event on June 18th and I haven't heard anything blahhh

i went to the lower manhattan event.. haven't heard anything since except for an email saying thank you for attending

I got a call today saying I'm still being considered and they asked if I would be interested in a new program that starts in October where they rotate new grads through various med surg positions, which I said yes to, so they told me to hold tight for now. Anybody else get a call?

Yes @teddygraham I just got a call right now too saying thanks for attending the event (in june lol) and I am still being considered for the opportunity and if I will be interested in the new grad program (16 weeks, training in med surg floors) starting in october.........I obviously said yes......interesting...

Yayy at least we know we're still in the running! It's a pain how long they're taking though. I wonder when we'll get the next call haha

Hey guys I got the same thing yesterday. I missed the call and listening to the voicemail. I also got an email. I responded that im definitely interested etc and so send an email back if they get it but nothing came back so far. When I try to call the number that called me it says its out of service. When I call the main recruitment number its busy.

Maybe just call the main HR number and then they can look you up in the system. That's what I do when I call.

I also received a call and email about this program!! I would assume they would be interviewing soon if it is supposed to start in October. Has anyone heard any details?
