It's called a SnipnGrip. I picked up two of them today. The rep only sent 3 and the lady held 2 for me. They are from a midwestern uniform site, but I don't see them listed if I do a search. You can see the short nosed hemostat, the cut out to grip things, and the scissor blades behind. :heartbeat

Thanks for the update!- I've been trying to use my googling skills to find out this mysterious tool!
I'm going to email the uniform store and ask if they sell them anywhere else. I go to their website and I can't find them in a search. It's weird.
Hmm...I google for "SnipnGrip" and I get "Sniper Grip", which is no doubt handy, but probably not what you were looking for... unless....

Cool tool! But you must have the only ones in existance - go back and buy the last one, you may never see it again. I sure cannot find it anywhere on line.

Isn't the pic off to the right, the same tool??? I can't really tell...
GRIP' SNIP - Trademark by SARGENT & COMPANY NEW HAVEN, CT - Serial Number: 71642309
My Google search showed the same thing, lol. If this uniform store in Colorado has them, why not put them on the website? I might go back and get that third one if it's still there. I'm just so happy to have my nifty tool back. It's going to be on a retractable holder,so it doesn't walk away!

It's missing the cut out, from what I can tell.

I still haven't found anyone who carries the knifewrench.
ROFL! If this quirky uniform store I go to ever carries it, I will be sure to let you know. ;-)

BTW, one can find the Snip & Grip (or similar items) in many fish and tackle shops.
