First Year Completed!

  1. Well, I survived the first year of my RN to BSN program. I took 7 courses over three semesters. Most were co-reqs like Chemistry, Statistics, Western Civ., and a couple of others. But I also took a couple of courses like Research.

I've got about ten more courses to go. This semester it's Community Health Nursing and Population-Focused Nursing. Senior level courses. I'm a Senior now.

So far I aced them all and have a 4.0 average. Woot!

Thanks to all my allnurses friends who have been so encouraging (especially my blog readers who have to read my almost daily rants about school).

Yay Tweety. I am so glad for you.
I want to go go back when the little ones get a little older. It is just a physical impossibilty right now. I tried when Little miss was 2 to take a couple of classes and to say the least it was not fun. I will not even consider it with 2 of them small.
Your determination will definitely pay off for you. Congratulations.
