If anyone else applying for the nursing corps scholarship 2015-2016 is anything like me then you've been googling like crazy trying to find out information on how to apply or what they need or even previous years winner. Soooooo.....if anyone is applying this year around or previously has and was or wasn't accepted please tell me your experience! Here are my stats PLEASE share yours if you'd like....

GPA 3.44
EFC 0000
4 years of community service in underserved communities
It says you can get 4 years of funding in exchange for 4 years of service.
I was under the impression that you can extend if its for the same degree you originally were requesting the scholarship for. But thanks for the info! I will have to go back and double check. (:

I really advise everyone to look at the HPSA scores for facilities in your area/ or where you would be willing to move. It is much more limiting than you expect. I live in a very big city, and expected more opportunities, but that was not the case. I did eventually find a job in my city without having to move, but it was extremely difficult.
Has anyone had their participant email sent out yet? I really thought we would hear something by this week already!
Someone on the facebook page posted that they received their participant email yesterday. This person turned in their documents on July 22nd. We should be hearing back soon!
