If anyone else applying for the nursing corps scholarship 2015-2016 is anything like me then you've been googling like crazy trying to find out information on how to apply or what they need or even previous years winner. Soooooo.....if anyone is applying this year around or previously has and was or wasn't accepted please tell me your experience! Here are my stats PLEASE share yours if you'd like....

Just wanted to know how many of us are still "under review" - never received the credit check nor a finalist email??
I've stressed all other possible ways of paying for school and this is literally my last hope. Everything I need to do for school (buy books, scrubs, dorm, etc.) has been put on hold until further notice. It's breaking me up inside that I've gotten this far (after 2 years applying for schools and finally getting accepted to 1) and to be stopped from going because of financial reasons. I'm not the best at luck games and competitive acceptances (I should be use to getting denied by now) but there's always hope that this time it will be different. Sorry for venting here but I'm sure there's others that can relate?
Hey everyone, so I just clicked on my signed contract just looking over things an I happen to notice that it wasn't just my electronic signed contract signature but also another electronic signer who approved the contract. The name says Lisa and she just signed it today the 27th around 4:00pm and I submitted my documents back on July 10th. My status still says in final review, but I hoping that it could be a good sign that another email could come soon. Is there anyone else who has noticed this? I am going to call in the morning just because I have been frantically checking emails like everyone else.
I submitted the supporting documents on August 6. Lisa signed my contract yesterday.
I'm crossing my fingers that this is a good sign! I'm afraid that the phone representatives might not have too much insight on this, since its really a coin toss whether the person on the other end of the phone is helpful or not.

My last name starts with a J, and I live in West Virginia.
I too just checked my contract and have an electronic signature from Lisa Walsh on August 26th. Hopefully this is good news, and we will get an email soon!

I totally missed all of these posts yesterday! I didn't get any notifications through email....I hate that!
Anyway, I just checked my contract and mine was signed by Lisa on the 27th of August as well!! My status still says in final review, though. Maybe we will hear something today, since they say it typically takes 3 weeks from the day you submit your documents and sign your contract (and I submitted my stuff on Friday, Aug 7th. I'm sooooo excited! I will be frantically checking my email today as well. :)
