We are just a few weeks from pinning! YAY!! I'm on the pinning committee and we are trying to put together a cute Who's Who kind of thing for our class. We have a few things like :
Most likely to be late
Most likely to return to teach
Loudest
quiestest
Asks the most questions
What else can you think of to add to our Who's Who? We have about 115 students that will be graduating and I'd love to have at least 25 or so categories and give an "award" to the male and female that fit these categories.
As much as it pains me to say it--overly defensive people make my eyes roll back into my head permanently--I agree that you should know and get along with all your classmates pretty well before handing out jokester awards.
There's this one chick in my class who is always late. As in, 30 minutes late. If we gave her the "most likely to be late" award, she would fly off the proverbial handle.
I think you need to turn yours around to be more positive. Ceremonies are for celebration and not for putting people down. Especially if there are families there. Who wants to remember their pinning for being a time that made them feel bad about who and what they are?
Won the "most likely to marry a doc"--over 30 years ago! (and did it before graduation...) Best thing that ever happened to me...Some of us GUYS have all the luck.

We also had "Most likely to marry a doctor", lol!
