Not yet but supposedly it's in the list of options if I am selected. I did get a hair test recently. Expensive and they took a really big chunk of hair.

I test at a Witham lab but yes, so far I've had to do one observed. Personally, I hated it. Humiliating.

I'm with FirstSource and since there was no lab close by, they told me to go to a nearby Quest lab. I used that lab for two years. My first four tests were observed, but the lab got tired of hunting down willing observers... I hear the observers don't like having to observe. The rest of the tests were all unobserved.

The AR Board of Nursing requires that ALL of my screens are observed. It was super uncomfortable at first, but at this point, I know the guy pretty well, and am pretty used to it. I just try to remind myself that he is certified to do observed screens, so he is a "professional" of sorts. And at the end of the day, he is enjoying doing the observation about as much as I enjoy being observed.

It's stated in my contract that all my test be observed. It was super uncomfortable at first but I get the same people so it make it a tad bit easier . Plus I make sure my bladder is full so I have no choice but to pee. It's very humiliating and I'm shocked that some programs don't watch you pee.

Mine has not required this of me (and I hope to Hades never does) in the language of the contract but having been shoved through the horror of more than one assault on my wallet that this junk calls 'evaluations,' I've had a few. I find it one if the most humiliating experiences of my life. I happen to be a very private person. I don't even want my cat watching me pee, never mind some stranger.

Not from Quest, but from Labcorp and everywhere else. Doesn't bother me, I could pee unabashedly on the sidewalk.
