I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

Hello iceice,what i did was i let my friend pick up my form from saudi council and send it thru dhl stiill using saudi council as the sender. I have just send my papers today. I hope qthing will be fine. I'll just post some updates. Btw i process it in khobar

Hi Nonoyjf! My docs were received by saudi council last Oct. 23 & I've been calling them about it. Finally, when I called again today they gave me the tracking #. They sent the validation last Nov. 13 & it has not reached cgfns. Yes, im really praying & hoping that cgfns will accept our license validations.

At the side of the name there should be an option to accept or decline. Click on accept and then up date button and they then should be your friend :)

Hi Nonoyjf! I already got my visascreen last Friday. Actually, cgfns sent me an e-mail stating that there's an issue regarding my saudi license validation & that I need to contact saudi council about it. Few days later when I was about to e-mail again cgfns about it, I got a shipment notification from fedex so I checked the status of my order from cgfns & I was really surprised coz it's already certified. How about you? I hope you'll get your VS also very soon if you didn't receive it yet.

Congrats ice2, i called cgfns last dec 22 for the delay of my saudi verification. I sent it thru dhl last nov 19 but still no update so o have to call them for ff up, and after an hour my ksa verification status change to received and my vs status is ready for review. Hoping to get certified also before year end to have a happy new year. God bless us all

Hello iceice. My status was certified last Dec 31. And i've just received my visa screen today. Thank you for your time to reply in this forum and for the info. Thank you admin silverdragon, this thread is very helpful. Fellow nurses who filed for ksa verification for al khobar feel free to ask questions here, so i can help also.

Hello! Can you please help me? I am in the same dilemma as most of you, I received a form from the New Zealand Council for the verification of registration, I was instructed by the agent that I have to send it to the Saudi Council in Riyadh and that they are the one who will send it to New Zealand. I've read the instructions by aatimama, my problem is that the Certificate of Good Standing that I have is already expired last July. I exited Saudi Arabia last May 2014, can I still use that expired certificate of good standing or do I have to get a new one? Another thing is, as much as possible I don't want to bother my friends in KSA anymore, is there any way I can process this here in the Philippines? I can send the documents straight to Saudi Council, my worry is the payment, is there any way to pay it here?
