Saudi Council license or registration verification

I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

Your post was very informative, because same with you, I also had work experience in Saudi that's why I am looking for a post same as what you had above.

Can I ask, aside from the 150 sr you paid in NCB, what are the other things you paid and can you approximate the total cost for all these processing? The courier fee that the SCHS will pay for sending the documents to US is included in the 150sr?

I am sorry to have these questions because I too will have my documents processed by my friend, because I have been in the Philippines since June this year.

I will appreciate any response.

I also paid 25 riyals to DHL,it will depend on which courier you use. At the website,there is a number to call if you are overseas for inquiries(just don't know if it is toll free).Yes,the courier's fee from Saudi Council to the certificate's destination is included in the 150 riyals.Total spent = 175 riyals…that's because i didn't have to travel,NCB and DHL offices are around around my area.

I know it is very difficult to go through the process esp if one is outside the Kingdom already,thus,my post.Hopefully,it will help fellow Saudi Arabia workers wanting to work in other countries.Feel free to ask me questions if you need to.Thank you.

good day what happened to your validation,in my case my validation form from jeddah has rejected by cgfns, due to no valid signature but it has signature, and no embossed seal, but it it has stamp ( the saudi commision on health speacialist has only stamp they dont have embossed seal,, what will i do, did the cgfns approved your validation? thank you

Hi aatimama! I am so happy to read your post. I've been looking for someone who can give me an idea on how to process the saudi license verification, and you're the answer to my prayer. I will ask somebody who is still in the KSA to do it for me coz I'm already in the Phil. Has the nursing board where your sister is applying received the verification already? I hope that there's no problem about the way the saudi council filled out the form. Thanks again aatimama. Hi parking! Are you going to process again the saudi license validation? Did you do it the same way as aatimama did? Maybe if you're thinking of processing again, try to send it to riyadh. I also need the validation to be sent to cgfns.Kindly update me. Thank you.

hi icece.'' i'm working here in jeddah. i applied my validation to office saudi commission jeddah branch , i m thinking of that too to send to riyadh if possible ,, i went again last day to saudi commission to apply again and forward the cgfns response emailed to me,

they've told me , " if i applied again it will do the same, they got the response email from cgfns which i printed,, and now still waiting for decision what they will do... thanks i'll give you an update in this matter

Thank you parking. I really hope that everything will be okay na. I called cgfns last night. The woman who answered my queries was a filipina. I tried to ask what has to be done ifever we cant secure the validation from saudi council. She said we can write a letter addressed to the cgfns manager to waive the saudi license. I hope we won't get to that point. I dont think they will approve it.:(

hi iceice,, about your queries to cgfns i tried it to contact us,, i wrote to cgfns CONTACT US about writing to manager and waiving my saudi license if ever i can't secure valid validation form from saudi, then i got response email (your concern has been forwarded to your evaluator.) then after few hours, i checked my order status, i was surprised', the license validation form-saudi arabia , the notes(rejected) has gone, and the status was " meets all program requirements,, and the issued certificate the status now is waiting for approval'.. i dont know what happened... hoping that they will issue me a certificate ASAP..... thank you iceice..... thanks god,, i'm praying for you iceice overcome this problem..
