Saudi Council license or registration verification

I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

Hi Parking!In which floor/department of scfhs-jeddah did you process your saudi license verification?I am presently in the Philippines and only ask a relative working in jeddah to process it in behalf of me;however when he went to scfhs few days ago he was passed back and forth to several saudi employees but they did nothing about my request..Please help.Thanks a lot.

is it true that jeddah also stopped filling up forms for verification of license??

Most probably coz I asked a relative to request scfhs-jeddah to send my good standing certificate directly to CGFNS but instead they advise to send my documents to Riyadh..I dont know if when I will finish all of these..hopefully everything will be fine soon.:)

Hello! Just to tell you guys what I did to solve this dilemma.

The fact that the SCFHS does not accept Verification of Registration forms from the licensing bodies of other country anymore. Just try to call those licensing bodies and inform them about this and then ask them if it is possible to have their email instead.Then on the SCFHS website, you request for Certificate of Good Standing and then put their email on it instead of yours.

This is what I did when the NCNZ asked my for Verification of Registration because when i sent the required documents to Saudi Council they just returned the documents to me here in the Philippines saying that they don't process such documents anymore (even though I already paid it in the NCB thru the help of my cousin).

Just try it! It worked for me, hopefully it will also work for you.

They also told me that and even asked me to pay certain amount and send the receipt along with the verification form. Then when the document arrived in Saudi Arabia, the courier cannot find the address that they gave me thru email. I kept changing the address hoping that a department of the SCFHS would accept it, eventually they sent it back to me here in the Philippines saying they stopped processing such documents already.This is the photo of the announcement that they attached on my document when it was sent back to me. Is it the SCFHS-Riyadh you are referring to or the other branch?In my case,I just need them to forward my good standing certificate directly to CGFNS since the latter do not give e-mail addresses for my gsc to be forwarded instead. I must agree it's very stressful!:down:

yes they accepted the Certificate of Good Standing that was emailed to them by the Saudi Council. I am already finished with my application. I'm just waiting for my schedule to take the CAP next year.
