I encountered this problem before when u call the Nmc they will tell u that on their system they can see the new documents uploaded but on your portal it still shows the old one

hello when were you placed on assessment queue after all the delays? just curious because in my case the last document was received july 8 and they reopened my portal so i could upload my prc certificate then i was told that i was placed on queue august 23. It took so long

For those who had an error on their portal I called NMC to explain what happened but still my portal was not fixed i cannot view the uploaded documents the "open" link was gone do you just wait it out? Or call the NMC again?
