Saudi Council license or registration verification

I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

Maybe their in-charge in licensing wasn't aware of the protocol. She even asked my aunt to talk to the director and the director told the same thing. However, I already sent my papers in Riyadh and received an acknowledgement through e-mail. They indicated that I will receive a response within 48 hours but it's been 2 weeks now that I haven't heard from them despite the request for updates that I made. Now, I'm just patiently hoping for positive progress of my papers. I'm asking a friend in Saudi Arabia to call the toll free landline everyday because it costed me a lot when I call them from UAE. 3 minutes of continuous ringing costs about 5 dirhams and most of the time they are not picking up the phone.

hi cadillac 21,BSN.I hope it will help you.If you really want to have your license verified,you need to be very patient. Just contact this International number +966114179900.Initially the woman who will answer will ask you about the shipping express you used and the tracking number as well as the information if who received it(you need to track your document online).After that they will inform you to call after 48 hours because at this time they will make a request from the communications department.After 2 days,you need to call them back.They will give you the request number and follow their instruction to make a ff-up weekly.You also need a copy of your registration number whenever you make a call to them because they will asked you about it.God bless us all.

were you able to secure the license verification in Saudi? Im here in Alberta too.. still on the process with NNAS. oh boy! is it ever complicated!

hi noynoy! that's funny when you said that its better if you have a lady friend who can actually process your documents in saudi council office... well that is very true! lady charm doesnt work only in saudi council office but i guess anywhere else in the kingdom

hello parking.

I'm currently on the process of my CES in CGFNS. I have done a lot of things and spent a lot of money for courier services in Saudi Arabia just to get my license verified but I received no replies from SCFHS. They don't even answer the phone calls. My stress level is on its worst now. Have you submitted any document to CGFNS to prove your registration in SCFHS or you just mailed them to waive your Saudi Council License. Your response is highly appreciated parking.... :)

can i have a copy of this announcement by saudi council? pm me please?

Hi Zabyrinah, may I ask if you have processed the Saudi Council ID and the Accreditation certificate? Coz these are the most important thing you need to have for your Verification of license.

If you have processed the Accreditation certificate (which is by the way needed by NMC which is equivalent to PRC board certificate and it is written in ARABIC) but you just haven't got hold of a copy, you can ask a friend to take a copy for you at an extra cost, and you can use it for the VoL,

OR

you can apply for a Certificate of Good Standing (online, but somebody should be in saudi to pay the necessary fees) and I can send you the announcement letter that SCFHS is not currently entertaining verification of licenses, and instead only releasing the GSC,

BUT your main problem will be the Accreditation certificate that you will need to upload in the NMC portal and if you haven't processed it before you left, that would be an issue.

^ What I did was, I went to the Saudi Council office here in Riyadh and then submitted the forms that I needed for then to sign (NMC), as well as an attached copy of my certificate of good standing, professional accreditation certificate, and saudi council ID. They asked me to pay 150SAR and then to come back to pick up the forms after 1 week.

Hi. i desperately need your answer. can i still get a good standing certificate even my license has already expired? i requested thru online last nov. 4 and until now it is not yet receive. somebody told me that there will be a problem if my license is already expire. how true is this?? thanks in advance
