Saudi Council license or registration verification

I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

hi! were you able to fix your problem? I am having a hard time to fix mine, since CGFNS won't accept my reason that SCFHS no longer process licence validation form. How did you manage your problem? I don't know what to do now..

I still have the same problem at the moment. I called the New Zealand Nursing Council the other day and informed them that the SCFHS does not process verification of registration anymore and instead they wanna give Certificate of Good Standing. The NZ council just gave me and email address where the SCFHS can send my certificate of good standing. Until now I'm still asking my friends in Riyadh if they can help me with the payment cos the SCFHS only accepts payment from bank accounts that are in Saudi Arabia already.

I did find them quite rude because on the last week of January when I called the SCFHS, they told me to pay 150SR and send them the documents along with the receipt of the payment. I followed the instruction emailed to me, then when my documents reached Saudi Arabia, the courier can't find the PO BOX number anymore and when I changed the address and asked the courier to send it to their communications department, they did not accept the documents anymore and said that they are not processing verifications and that they are still doing a study on how to do it online. Its annoying to be honest. Not only because I spent money on the courier and on paying the bank, but the time wasted can never be taken back.

i also need to send them a verification forms,let them fill it up, sign, stamp to the SCFHS for my LICENSE VERIFICATION as a nurse in SAudi.They also need to sent it back at the assestment office here in Alberta. NNAS need to gather all my papers regarding my nursing education, license, employment. This is an important step in order for me to study again and be a nurse here in canada.Hopefully.

Now, if this is true that they dont verify our license anymore in SCFHS, then this is a big problem for us.

Any updates>What did you do then after?Did they said anything like things that u need to do and such?

i also need to get a verification for my license in Alkhobar. CAn u please help me.

1. What are the things that i need to send or requirements?I am actually getting my good standing thru eservices, i ask my friend in khobar to pay that for me and am still waiting for her reply. Affter getting my good standing, what should i do next? Can i ask somebody to personally go in scfhs office in khobar on my behalf to bring the verification forms and other papers?IF everything is done, are they going to give iall the forms back to my friend or not?

2. when u went in SCFHS office, did they help you immediately?Are they easy to approach too or not?My friend doesnt know how to speak in arabic, so am not sure if they will entertain her incase i ask her to go to schfs for me, especially shes a girl.

3. What is the office hours and days that the schfs open in khobar?What is the address, do you still remember it?

4.How did you pay for all the fees?

hello mizzie, 1.)you need to ask a friend preferably the one who can speak and understand arabic, have your friend bring the originally signed form from the requesting body together with the sample you have fill up for them to follow and to avoid missing important information. about your good standing it depends upon NNAS if they still need it, mine in cgfns i didn't process that one. you have two options on sending the form,1. you can tell the saudi council personnel that you will send it by urself. they will give you the photocopy on what is inside the envelop for you to check because you can't open the envelop anymore. 2. pay them and they will send it to the address you give,(choose option 1 for you to be sure) 2.) they entertain my friend and gave the requirements immediately, if she's a girl then that's good because saudi council personnel were all boys. 3.)office hours weekdays, address near saad hospital going to dharan mall. BUT accdg to my friend they transferred already, I'll inform you if i have update with the current address. 4.) all fees were paid online, u need credit card,(verification 150, dhl 335) GOD BLESS

Can you please tell me the location of schs in al khobar? I asked my friend to process the registration verification for my NMC application. She is presently working in Dammam and not familiar with the address of schs in khobar. Thanks.

anyone here who knows how to process license verifcation to saudi council? whats the process and what are the documents needed to be submitted to saudi council? is it ok to do the verification in provincial branches?
