   Exactly. It makes no sense whatsoever. I know they're trying to make everything paperless and electronic but what the hell all they have to do is scan the damn documents. I'm not even sure I still want to continue with the application. Too much.

   Sadly, they told me the same thing. They advised me to continue with the new process and to forget about the old scheme as everything will be discarded. They're willing to transfer the fee but not the documents. We would have to start from scratch.
