I am currently working on the application for the nurse corps repayment program 2015 and I need some help from someone who has also done this process before.
My question is in regards to the documents you have to upload:
1# Authorization to Release Information, Authorization to Release Employment Information- Do you print these off, sign, scan, and then upload to the site?
2# Curriculum Vitae/Resume- is this just a basic resume stating your current position you hold, and do you address it to the Nurse Corps??
3# Finally, proof of citizenship can I just scan my drivers license and then upload it to the application???
I would appreciate all insight please, I want to make sure I get this right the first time. Thanks ahead of time for looking I really do appreciate it.

I'm an NP still waiting-tier 2 and 90 something percentile. Being tier 2 I didn't have a ton of hope-but hearing RN tier 2 and 4's get it gave me a tiny bit...
I am tier 1 and >200%. I am really annoyed that it does not seem like the funds are awarded as described in the handbook. Unless I made some sort of mistake. Given that I read that handbook about 5 times front to back and pored over my application for errors, I don't really think I did.
hello all, just adding my information.. I applied for this years cycle back in January 2015, I am currently still waiting and I also have not received any email indicating that I am a finalist or anything like that. I have a debt to salary ratio of 99% and I am a tier 1 , HPSA score of 16 at a disproportionate share hospital.. I am an RN with a my BSN. Hoping to hear something very soon as it is already 9/2/15 ... my loans do not seem to be decreasing at all and its veryyyyy scaryyyy!!! I live in Illinois and my last name starts with an M. . Illinois is so broke i feel i am doomed!! heres hopinggggggggg :):)
I am Tier 1 with >100% debt to income ratio working at a non profit SNF. I haven't heard anything it still says under review. My only hope is they reward people and if they haven't heard back by the time it closes they will offer the unclaimed awards to others. I wonder if anyone has been denied or they just wait until the final day and send denial to everyone left. Who knows still patiently waiting
I received my notification on 11Aug15 and an HRSA Approver signed on 24Aug15. My status is still showing "Under Final Review." Don't they have until the end of the month? There's still hope, jthayer1.
I' still Waiting too I called yesterday and spoke to this guy, he said that it is a good thing when the application still states "Under review" the reason so it is because they already went through the denial process and so if you did not received a denial email just continue to be hopefull. he also said just keep looking and checking for the email especially the SPAM box too because it is also a lot likely for it to go to your junk mail, he also told me to do not get discourage since we have till September 30th. so now I am still feeling Hopeful :)
Has anyone out there received or hear of anyone receiving the denial letter? This gives me hope as well but I looked back at last years threads and there wasnt mention of denial letters until 9-30 so I am curious if this is new for this year?
