  1. No needs for hard copy books. Save that money for other things LOL. Most (99%) of the professors their ppts are very good to study for exams. Books are just extra reference for you, as you should read the chapters before class lecture as they recommend. Those books ? can be found free online as e-books. you can find 95% of these books on this website? free to download. https://www.pdfdrive.com/ This is where I got all of my books for the program. Invests in a Macbook laptop and Ipad to help take notes instead of buying those expensive books. Brace yourself for the first semester, it is gonna be a rough ride but you can do it! Congratulation!!! See my post above ?
  2. OMG... you’re awesome, I wish I had found someone like you when I started, because I ended up buying all of them books?. But now I know.
  3. LOL, no problem ?. I use to be in your shoes, so I don’t mind helping.
  4. Go to their website and download the student handbook for the program, The curriculum is in there in addition to the amount of the clinical hours and cases needed to graduate.
  5. If you need to get any ? I suggest the Nurse Anesthesia Book from Nagelhout and Clinical Anesthesia (Barash) since those 2 you will get to use them again the following semester (e-books I suggest since they are cheaper). Don’t get the A&P or pharmacology book. However, definitely the APA 7th edition book. But even that book they have limited copies of it at the library that you can use. As far as a computer ?, it’s great you also have an IPAD you can buy app/software such as Notability to use and take notes with. And our tests are computer based via respondus/lockdown browser. Just make sure your older Mac ? can handle the lockdown browser without making it slow since our tests are timed, and with COVID we will be doing some live classes through Keiser Live, if your older mac runs great you should be OK. If not. Start thinking about getting a new one, like a macbook air or something. Congratulations on your acceptance ?.
  6. Hi, I’m a current student, and once you get an interview. They will provide you with a package that has recommendations on many cost effective apartments within the school area. However you still need to do your own research to find out what will work best for you. And once you find a place the decision is yours to make as when you want to move. I ended up moving one week before class since I wanted to know the town. Some student in my class waited few weeks after classes started to find a place. But I personally wouldn’t recommend since moving sucks and you will be dealing with classes and studying while dealing with moving. Best of luck to you. ?
  7. The DNAP started since January. They got the approval in December 2019. I believe they posted New Requirement for it on their website. Good luck on your application.
  8. Thanks you so much for this info, greatly appreciate it?.
