Nurse Corps Loan Repayment 2016 Cycle

Hello All,

I am applying for the nurse corps loan repayment program 2016 cycle, I just spoke to a representative who told me the application cycle opens up tomorrow. For those of you who have applied any tips advice etc.? I am very excited about this opportunity because I have an outrageous amount of loans.

I applied to the NCLRP as an NP with dti of about 140% and site score of 17. I haven't heard anything and it still says under review. Has anyone received notice that their application was declined for 2016? TIA!

Nothing just Under Review would really just like to get the Denial already so I can move forward and focus on my career that I have no clue what to do with!! Stay at the great paying job that I pretty close to don't like at all its not difficult just annoying and horrible leadership, great pay and good schedule, or finish my FNP Certificate. But not sure what I want to do with that, ugg sort of mid life mid career crisis!!

I am an RN, with a D/I of 260. I got a finalist letter on 8/23 and signed that night, no co-sign yet.

I'm also still "under review" and checking the portal no less than three times a day...

I'm an RN (I work in the ED) --- my site is a 17/18 and my DTI is "only" like 154%. When applying I felt my debt was SO high I was practically a shoe-in. 30% or more of my income goes to loan payments! Alas.

I'm an RN with 217% D/I and facility score of 17. Received notice 8/23, signed 8/23, no countersign yet. Been following this thread and seems there is no pattern to countersign. Anxiously waiting!😬

What is D/I? Facility score? Where do you find them?

D/I is debt to income ratio. Facility score is in the packet discription...I can't remember what my number was.

Got my welcome packet email this evening. Applied for student loan repayment program. HPSA score 17, got finalist letter Aug 10, countersigned Aug 31. Good luck to everyone!
