Couldn't agree more, Mel ! aah, yes...
"...sing thanx for the morning, sing thanx for the day,
remember to sing when things don't go your way!
...sing with your smile and sing through your tears,
the song in your heart will add LIFE to your years!
...for a heart filled with song which was born of the soul
is a heart full of joy that never grows old...................." :)
I go to bed and dream to destress!
After working almost thirteen hours in a day, all I can do is rest my first night and day off work. After I'm rested up, I take myself out to eat, shop at outlets where I can walk around outside, or if the weather is bad, I shop at the malls. Sometimes I go alone, sometimes I go with a friend.
I also may take in a matinee movie...hopefully a funny one like Legally Blond II. Loved that movie! Well worth seeing if you haven't seen it.
Cup of hot herb tea is good too before bed. Speaking of "bed", sleep is calling me. Gotta work tomorrow. Nighty night all!
Music is most therapeutic to me. Also surfing the web and reading and my friends and family are most important. Another thing I do, living in this beautiful Ocean State surrounded by water is take a short drive to the ocean or bay, look at the boats, walk on the beach and hear the waves crash. Ahhh..it's lovely
