Northeastern Direct Entry 2018

Hi everyone! I have found threads for all of the direct entry programs that I am applying to except for Northeastern, so I wanted to get one started! I have received an email stating that my application has been received, but so far that is all I have heard. I'm looking forward to talking to some of you! I am finishing up my undergraduate degree with a major in health sciences and my undergraduate GPA is a 3.95. My GRE scores are decent, but I have limited experience in the field, short of some volunteering, so I am afraid that will hurt me. I would love to hear your stats and experiences!

Congrats to those who've been accepted!! I'm worried that if I get a phone call I won't receive it since I have no service at work, only WiFi... That won't affect their decision if I don't answer, right? It seems like all the acceptances so far have been phone calls

whether or not you answer the call definitely does not affect your decision haha

For those of you who are worried about not hearing back- get in contact with or e-mail the director of your specialty, instead of the admissions office. The director will give you a definite answer.

I hope someone makes a facebook group!! I am anxiously awaiting my letter in the mail and hoping it will have additional information about the program! Is northeastern your top choice?

I received a confirmation letter in the mail. But it didn't contain much information regarding the program. Does anyone know about when accepted students day is? Also agreed would love if someone made a FB group!

I was told by someone in the PNP department that our letters would be physically mailed out, but maybe they call us too?

I received a call about the PNP program and I have been accepted! I should be receiving a package in the mail by the end of the week! Good luck for everyone waiting

Does anyone know how long they are giving us to make a decision? My letter hasn't come in yet and I didn't want to ask on the phone!

I believe it's three weeks from the letter date. I got a phone call on 1/19 but got my letter on 1/26 and my deadline is 2/16.

I've received no correspondence at all, not even a rejection. Considering others have received interviews and acceptances, I guess that doesn't speak well for my chances.

Is there supposed to be an online option for sending the deposit and confirmation letter? I don't see an option on the application like the letter says.
