  1. You might want to confirm with them directly if they consider a non-full time job as experience because I've seen postings that consider non-full time experience as not having experience. Might not be the case here though.
  2. The official date is 9/15 when we start hearing from them. They said they might start early, at the end of this week, but im guessing the majority of calls come out next week.
  3. Sorry clarification, it's contacted for interviews during the week of 9/15 and then both initial panel and unit-based interviews during 9/22, not interviews lasting during the weeks of 9/15 and 9/22. Good luck
  4. Week of 9/15 and 9/22 for two different sets of interviewing. If you are hired you find out during the week of 9/29. Start date will be Monday, November 4th!
  5. When you look at your application, is there nothing under "Attached Documents" for you guys too?
  6. Hi, For those in the San Mateo Location: I was thinking of transferring from Oakland to the San Mateo location, so before doing so, I was just wondering how you guys like the program at San Mateo so far. Oakland seems to be the main campus and has Sutter Hospital right next to it, but San Mateo is a lot closer to me. I'm just wondering if doing that extra commute from Cupertino to Oakland is worth it or are all the locations pretty much the same (good instructors, good clinical locations and scheduling, etc.) Thanks a bunch
  7. Hi, This is the San Mateo location right? 8. That might be a good idea. I have to contact them.
  9. You assume correct and that does help with my decision a lot! Thanks for the insight and advice.
  10. Is there a portion in the program where you are like "wow im glad i live next to campus" or can you imagine commuting 2 hours total everyday and being able to study; not having to worry about housing or food.
  11. I agree, but it would save me about 21k if commute!! Choices, choices.
  12. Has anyone gotten more details with the schedule, particularly the clinical schedules? I wanna see if I can handle commuting + studying or not! Also is there a facebook thing for SMU oakland?
  13. Hi I'm going to oakland for SMU's absn program and was thinking of commuting everyday from cupertino. Any current or recent-past students think this is worth the added stress of commuting everyday? What is the absn schedule like? The school won't have the class schedule ready until one month before they begin so I have to look for apartments now if I am going to stay in Oakland Thanks!
  14. with a march 15th deadline? yeah
