Did anyone put two classes for Growth and Development? I took Developmental Psych and Psychology of Aging to encompass the whole lifespan and put both of them on the pre-req supplemental form. However, checking it again I only see the info for Dev Psych showing which is making me feel pretty nervous that the other one won't be included in the evaluation. Anyone else have a similar pre-req history?

I didn't submit a resume. The only "extra" I attached was an extra recommendation, but that was because I was afraid one of my recommenders wouldn't be able to submit it in time. They did come through so I ended up with three.

Salem State's ABSN. Did you apply anywhere else? I only applied to these two, mainly because others seemed pretty expensive or were in less desirable locations.

Yeah that was the impression I got as well. But hey, no harm in driving myself crazy by checking every day.

I've been checking the portal daily but I'm not sure if the decision will actually be posted there or if we have to wait for a letter/email.

I have applied and keep checking to see if a decision has been made but from previous posts it looks like it does take the full month for decisions to go out. I was accepted to a different ABSN program but prefer UMB for a few reasons. I don't have a medical background so fingers crossed.

That makes me feel a lot better. Best of luck! I do have to wonder how they're allocating spaces since decisions for some have already gone out. Maybe they held some spaces for the second batch and some for the first?

So I saw someone mention that people who applied around the 2/1 deadline are still having their applications reviewed... has anyone who applied after heard back? I haven't heard anything at all which is making me super nervous!

Waitlisted for PMHNP. I'm torn on whether or not I should take a pathophysiology class; if I don't get in off the waitlist I'd rather not have spent my money, you know? Plus, none of the community colleges in the area offer it (or if they do, not during a time I can attend) and I'd rather not have to pay out of state tuition for other schools.

On one hand I'm grateful they extended the deadline (I was lazy and was going to finish my essays on the 1st, but then got into a bad car accident that day and couldn't finish my app), on the other the waiting makes me so anxious!

I was accepted into the LeaDs program after being deferred from the PMHNP. I don't think it makes much sense time-wise or monetarily to do three years for a MSN and then have to do another program to become a psych NP. If anything I'd rather do an accelerated RN program and then take a regular master's program. Good luck to those on the waitlist!

I've received no correspondence at all, not even a rejection. Considering others have received interviews and acceptances, I guess that doesn't speak well for my chances.
