Northeastern Direct Entry 2018

Hi everyone! I have found threads for all of the direct entry programs that I am applying to except for Northeastern, so I wanted to get one started! I have received an email stating that my application has been received, but so far that is all I have heard. I'm looking forward to talking to some of you! I am finishing up my undergraduate degree with a major in health sciences and my undergraduate GPA is a 3.95. My GRE scores are decent, but I have limited experience in the field, short of some volunteering, so I am afraid that will hurt me. I would love to hear your stats and experiences!

If we are accepted will the school notify us about getting a scholarships?

I applied for FNP as well and haven't heard anything about an interview or anything either! Seeing other people have interviews and hear decisions is nerve-racking!! Also, were information about interviews and decisions sent via email or through their application portal?

I received a call on Friday night at 6pm for the adult acute care track. I haven't received anything in written form.

Hi Mjc2005! I am also waiting to hear back from Northeastern's Direct Entry Program and I also applied for the FNP track. If you scroll up to look at the previous posts, all of us who have applied for the FNP track have not heard from Northeastern at all. I'm assuming that there were probably too many applications that they are still sifting through them? Not sure. I'm also anxiously waiting to hear back from Simmons College any time now, so Northeastern is kind of on the back-burner for me :p

I haven't either! They're probably contacting slowly over the course of the week or something...I wouldn't be too concerned yet

Thank you! I just got an invite today. I think that they are just now getting back to FNP applicants therefore for those that haven't heard back yet keep your eyes peeled for an email. Hopefully, FNP applicants will hear back soon! Good luck everyone!
