Hi everyone! I have found threads for all of the direct entry programs that I am applying to except for Northeastern, so I wanted to get one started! I have received an email stating that my application has been received, but so far that is all I have heard. I'm looking forward to talking to some of you! I am finishing up my undergraduate degree with a major in health sciences and my undergraduate GPA is a 3.95. My GRE scores are decent, but I have limited experience in the field, short of some volunteering, so I am afraid that will hurt me. I would love to hear your stats and experiences!
My experiences include working as a PCT (CNA) on an acute adult floor for a little over a year but now I am in research. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do so figured I'd try and get the most of everything. I graduated with a BA in Communications in 2014 and I've been doing the medical jobs as well as restaurant jobs since!
That is great experience! I currently work in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and also at Spaulding Rehabilitation as an Exercise Tech. I definitely have hands on experience, however I am missing two classes for the program, so that does make me a little nervous. I graduated with a BS in Exercise and Health Science. Haven't heard back yet.
Hello,
I applied to FNP program and yet to hear back from them regarding an interview or a decision...
I am getting wicked anxious because it seems like people are already getting acceptance calls.
Has anyone who applied to FNP had an interview yet?
and for those of you who got accepted, did they call, send email or mail?
Thank you!

Nope.. not sure what's going on. I've called and they said to just wait and if they want to interview you they'll let you know.
