Hi everyone! I have found threads for all of the direct entry programs that I am applying to except for Northeastern, so I wanted to get one started! I have received an email stating that my application has been received, but so far that is all I have heard. I'm looking forward to talking to some of you! I am finishing up my undergraduate degree with a major in health sciences and my undergraduate GPA is a 3.95. My GRE scores are decent, but I have limited experience in the field, short of some volunteering, so I am afraid that will hurt me. I would love to hear your stats and experiences!
My experiences include working as a PCT (CNA) on an acute adult floor for a little over a year but now I am in research. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do so figured I'd try and get the most of everything. I graduated with a BA in Communications in 2014 and I've been doing the medical jobs as well as restaurant jobs since!
If you don't mind me asking, what were some of your experiences prior to applying to the program?
I've volunteered in different hospital units (neurology ICU, etc) during undergrad and was a Spanish interpreter during grad school. I graduated with a BS in public health in 2013 and with an MPH in 2016. Currently I am a research assistant in a clinical study and it's my first experience having direct patient contact so I look forward to continuing on improving my clinical skills through this employment.

Hi Guys! I applied for the Acute Care Track, I know it's not a popular track, however I hope I get a call for an interview soon!
