Congrats to all of us that were accepted to the nursing program at either campus for Fall '06!!!!

I'm going to be at the NLC campus! See you in June for orientation!

Also, congrats for making it to the next semester to all new 2nd - 4th semester NLC/ECC student nurses & congrats to the graduates! :balloons:

Jaxia- I am so glad to hear that it is nothing to worry about. Maybe this is the beginning of a whole month of good news :D

Amy- if you like the heart, you will enjoy 4th semester when it's all cardiac! It might be 3rd semester...I'm not sure which but one of them will be cardiac!

I've been busy studying for my classes, so I haven't replied in awhile. Thank you -- and I hope it's a month of good news, too!

Watching my heart beat was SO totally awesome, I really cannot describe it. Maybe we can get chummy with someone in the echo program, or volunteer when they need bodies to practice on :D

Is this weekend "the weekend" of all weekends? (At least for this semester....lol)

Good luck to all applicants! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, never give up!!! Even if you have to reapply, keep applying! I really feel like I was meant to start this semester, and not last. There's a reason for everything.

If you are suppose to start this semester, IT WILL HAPPEN! :D

If you get your letters Sat, then I won't find out until later that afternoon.

It is "the weekend!!" Oh man. It hits me at really random moments. It'll be worse after Friday. I won't leave my house until the mail comes! Heh.

Thanks for the words. That is exactly what I told myself. If it doesn't happen, there is a reason for it.

But dad gum it, I'm wish I could push fast forward and KNOW already :lol2:

To those who are waiting for their letters, good luck:balloons: ! Don't give up though if you don't get accepted. I didn't the first time, which was for the Spring '06 program. Yes it was pretty difficult and I felt like I was kicked in my stomach, but I picked myself up and prepared for the next deadline to apply for the following semester. It truely was not my time to go and I am so glad now that I didn't because I wouldn't have the friends that I have now that I have met through this fall '06 semester. Just keep in mind that it is not the end of the world. Just do what you have to do even if you have to repeat a class to get in. It will be worth it, trust me!!!!

Orientation was today. The VA so computerized!
