I'm going to be at the NLC campus! See you in June for orientation!
Also, congrats for making it to the next semester to all new 2nd - 4th semester NLC/ECC student nurses & congrats to the graduates! :balloons:
Good luck to everyone!
lol I really don't think there's a huge difference, but the more questions you answer, the better.
I bought the Made Incredibly Easy book off of Ebay a while back. I've been answering the fudamentals and the Management/Leadership sections.
I definitely have a long way to go when it comes to learning the normal values. hahaha
I flipped through a couple of the NCLEX review books in the bookstore once...that is A LOT of information!
When I worked with computers, I took other certification tests, but it was different...it wasn't life or death if I didn't know the answer. (Although the way some people treat their computers, you'd think it was! LOL)
and questions, it is true that the more the better, and from as many different sources as possible. I went to Half Price Books and bought four different books, for much less than half price, and I used them all, once I could answer most of the ones in one book correctly on a topic, I'd move to the next book. Also, a couple of my friends and I would swap books periodically so we'd have the benefit of the others. It doesn't really matter if they're a few years old, because overall the rationales are not going to change.

First nursing lecture exam this week! Good luck to all J1 students! (I'm not sure of EEC's lecture schedule....NLC's is Wednesday.)
Hope everyone's classes are going well! October's right around the corner!!!!!!!!! :monkeydance: I hope you all get in!
FYI, I'm the SNA's webmaster for the NLC campus. I haven't been given my access code yet, so yes, it's still old info. :uhoh21: Hopefully, I can get it all changed before the Spring '07 starts. :chuckle
Back to studying!!!!!!!!!!!
i had my first lecture test today, i thought it was pretty hard. I made an 84 on it, which is barely a B. This humbled me verry much, I studdied hard and was a 4.0 student until now. It also scares me of what will come in the next tests. Good luck to you all , let me know how you did
Hey, 84 is OK on the first test. Now you know what kind of questions you have on the tests. It will help you studying for the next one. In nursing school the only thing that matters is passing every class.

Fun,
Very cool. What is the difference between the Saunder's NCLEX Review book and the NCLEX Q&A Made Incredibly Easy book? I have the Saunders and thought that was the NCLEX bible.
