Good luck to everyone!
I have a lame question -- Anyone know if I have to schedule my NET test, or can I just show up and take it? Can I take it at any time of day, or are there certain times?
You have to schedule ahead of time & pay before they will let you in. (You show the testing center your receipt from the cashier's office.)
There are only certain times/days, but there are a few Saturdays. I took mine on a Saturday, and had to be there around 8 AM. :)
Jaxia,
Fun is right. Also, do you have a NET test referral form? When I went to the info. session they told us we had to get a NET test referral form from the Health Occupations Admissions Office (El Centro room A-140). You have to get the referral form and they stamp it and then you have 30 days from the stamp date to take the NET. You have to take the referral form to the cashier's office before you can pay for the test. My referral form says: "The NET test is by appointment only. The NET is offered each Monday at 4:00 pm, each Wednesday at 1:00 pm, and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month at 8:00 am".

Jaxia, I called and scheduled mine. The morning of the test, I went to the testing center, and they gave me a paper to give to the cashier. I took that paper up there and the cashier stamped it. Then I returned back to the testing center.
Granted, the procedures MAY have changed... Your best bet is to call and find out.
Sheesh, so I have to go up there just to schedule the test? LOL:balloons: Happy Birthday, Amy!!!! :balloons:
I guess I will try to schedule it around getting my 2nd Hep B shot. When are you taking it, Amy?

Fall '06 starters' textbook list is getting revised, and we won't get one until our orientation in June.
I'm wondering when the nametags will come in. Did anyone actually put SN on theirs? I didn't, but I wonder if I should have?
