Thank you Katie, Sunny, and Jaxia for wishing me a happy birthday! I didn't do much really...I did take a vacation day from work though so I just relaxed and did whatever I wanted to do!

I went today (Friday) to El Centro and scheduled my NET test. I have scheduled myself to take the NET on Saturday, June 10 @ 8:00 am. I had to show my receipts (you must have 2) and the stamped referral form before they would schedule me to take the test. I certainly would call and ask them because from what I saw as she was scheduling my time, they only allow 6 people to take it at a time (unless the list is continued on the back of the page that I didn't get to see). I happened to be #6 for the day I scheduled. They are open on Saturday mornings until noon I think so you could call and find out instead of having to wait until Tuesday.

Sheesh, so I have to go up there just to schedule the test? LOL

I guess I will try to schedule it around getting my 2nd Hep B shot. When are you taking it, Amy?

For those of you who have already taken the NET, how long does it take to take the test? Were you able to complete all questions before time was up?

For those of you who have already taken the NET, how long does it take to take the test? Were you able to complete all questions before time was up?

I think there's a 2 hour time limit. I finished before the time limit was over, but I know I needlessly started to panic a little on the math. There was a few that I marked an answer that was heading in the direction I was going on my scratch paper. Overall, I would have had plenty of time to finish.

Try to limit your time to no more than a minute per question.....things that the NET Study Guide tells you & you'll be fine. :)

Amy -- Good point, I didn't think about that. I guess I'll call them on Tuesday I got my study guide and just finished going through it the first time. The reading was trickier than I thought it would be!

I'm going to Northern CA (Napa, Monterry, San Francisco, and Mendicino) for my birthday. I've never been, so I'm really looking forward to it!

Fun -- Yeah, but not soon enough That's why I took Summer I off, so that I could have a decent vacation. I know I'll need it :)

We're going to a neighbor's moving away party tonight, but kiddos are going...no fun. :chuckle
