Are schools able to access professional staff to cover for the illness, quarantine or death of teaching or support staff, like hospitals do? Will staffing agencies pay teachers higher wages to work in districts with rising covid infections?

In my area, they're not even mandating students to wear masks even though it's the order in AL. That's why my child is staying at home. These folks make up anything to validate doing whatever the hell they want to do despite covid numbers increasing in record numbers. Colleges are moving to online classes to limit students on campus, but nope. These grade schools are too busy worried about sports, damn the masks. I don't understand the level of depravity. If parents keep their children home the schools will have no choice but to close. But I digress, the parents are just as bad when it comes to sports. Stupidstan strikes again!
