Has anyone taken the new LVN nclex test? This will be my third time taking the test and now it has changed. I have studied every book their is and now I'm studying the Saunders 4th edition. Does anyone have any books that will help me with the test? I think I have test anxiety. Does anyone know if the new test has changed for the good or is harder.

I'm not sure. Maybe this thread will get moved to the NCLEX forum where you may receive some answers. I took PN boards in 2009, not sure if its the old or new one and I took it only once. GL

There is such as thing as over studying. I always ate fish before tests. Just my thoughts about this...

I took NCLEX-PN last month and passed on the first time. What I did was just answer questions by system. Try to answer 50-100 question everyday. You can do it!

No matter what the design or format of the current test, you must know the content in order to pass.

i took the the test this may and its very different from all the nclex questions we been studying...there are more questions on "what would you do" kinda thing..meaning you have to think whether you going to focus on the negative thing which you have to intervene or the positive thing meaning what would you do to support the topic....that particular questions got me confused...first i was doing the negative thing which i need to interfere but all of a sudden a i ask myself and think that maybe they are looking for something positive...the best thing to do is really understand what they are asking you because the way they question you is very confusing...even if you know the topic if will make you confused because the way they asked you..
