New Mexico Licensure Question

Hi everyone. Does anyone know how one should go about applying for the State board in New Mexico? After the school sends the official transcript and after completing the fingerprinting requirements, how long will it take before one could be given an ATT? Thanks and have a nice day!

If you visit the NM BON website, you'd see that they no longer send out FP cards---but instead you can download the forms and the instructions are on their website.

Is there a number to call to order fingerprint cards? I requested by email over a month ago and never received them.

by the way for the intent of letter I dont have that yet is it ? ok...that isnt a requirement right...and for the last question in the 2 page application can I really leave it blank and be eligible?

for the maiden name is it the same as the middle name? i am still single..

for the authorization of release will not not be filled out by the nbi right? it should only be notarized

only one fingerprint certificate right for the two fingerprint cards?

Middle Name and Maiden Name are two different things in America. If your name is Mary Jane Doe, your first name would be Mary; middle name would be Jane and last name would be Doe. But your birth certificate is your best reference. Follow what is written there to avoid discrepancy.

FBI fingerprint cards are also available at US embassies.

1. what intent of letter?

2. which last question? is that the primary state of residence? you can leave it blank unless you have a legal residence in the US.

3. maiden name is for married women who adopted their husband's surname. a married woman's maiden name is her family name before adopting her husband's surname.

for the maiden name i would just leave it blank or state "none"?

for the intent of letter it can be found in the 2nd page of the application saying like this:

request for graduate permit to practice:

____i have requested my prospective employer to send a letter of intent to hire on their official letter head indicating the name and license number of my rn supervisor.

........................what would i do with this? just leave it blank?..how bout you did u just leave it blank?

i got 2 fingerprint cards just this day at the embassy, and have it fingerprinted at the nbi carriedo,my question is with the fingerprint certificate the ones making the fingerprinting just signed my certificate how would answer these?.....how would i fill out the form?

what do i need to check from the above question? is it the other organization agency and state nbi?

for the social security number, is it my sss number here in our country? because that's the only one i have...
