hey all!! i just got my lpn acceptance letter a few weeks ago and i start in september!! i'm so excited , but a little nervous . anyone else out there starting an lpn program soon??

I got my acceptance letter on Saturday and will start classes at the end of this month! I'm excited and nervous. My program is one year so hopefully by the end of March '09 I will be a nurse!

OMG!! I am studying for the TABE test to get into the LPN! This is overwhelming me. If I pass... I begin in August and it is a 11-12 month program!

The lvn program is tough, but enjoy it while you can and make the most of your schooling. cause when your a new grad and alone on the floor with 12 or more patients, you wont have a clinical instructor to turn to. soooo... enjoy the program and congrats to everyone:roll

Hey guys. I'm an LPN student and I'm half way through my LPN program at my high school. It is awsome and I can't wait till I can call myself a nurse... We are moving on from geriatrics to peds.. can't wait!! The nursing program is pretty stressful at times, but I think that anyone who wants this badly will do anything they have to do to become a . I wish everybody good luck in their LPN/LVN programs and may we all pull through this journey together and become successful nurses at the end. :):nurse:
