I am starting in September I figured it would be nice to start a thread where all of us new students could come and and share our experiences/help eachother out as we are on our way to be nurses :)
I get to schedule classes next month, take the NET, update immunizations and what not. So excited, it seems like I still have a lot of time to wait (a whole summer break w/ NO CLASSES :smiley_aa ), but I'm sure it'll go by too fast so I better not procrastinate! I feel like I'm FINALLY going to enter into my dreamy fast-paced, stressed out & balding:yldhdbng: nursing school experience! YAY! :anpom:
Hi all!!! I am about four months into my LPN program and boy does it feel like two years already!!! All I can say is good luck to all of you! Enjoy it. It will be very hard but well worth it in the end. I saw a lot of you wrote about how you were second guessing yourselves and that is the number 1 no no in nursing school so get it out of your system now!!! There will be good days and bad days...chapters that you get and chapters that you dont get but stay strong. Always ask questions and no matter how bored you are in class (you think you wont get bored but believe me you will) pay attention! This is a marathon not a race!!! Good luck to all of you!!!!
