Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

I will be in Victoria by October 15, just a week before my commencement date for the Bridging. Are you staying or working near Burgundy street? 1. Passing IELTS- Acad with at least 7 in EACH sub-test.
2. Getting an experience (volunteer/paid) : only 3months full-time for AHPRA to qualify for a BP but at least a year of two in applying/landing a job AFTER the bridging course. :hrnsmlys:

are you referring to Saudi Council good standing certificate? i think that if you have saudi license Aphra will ask for good standing certificate. where are you in saudi? where did you apply for your registration? wherever you applied and submitted your documents for saudi council that's also the office to ask for good standing certificate. i did that. i asked our regional saudi council office here in my place and the secretary said to download the application form online (from their website) and fill it up, submit it with 2 photos and receipt for 300sr (payment for the certification).
try asking in your area maybe different regions have varying protocols..
savena, have you already submitted you papers to aphra? which office, vic? wa? nsw?
i hope we can share information as we are both from KSA and procuring of requirements here is quite a hell of a job! they're just not the people you can talk properly with..hehehe!
